To become an EFT/Tapping Practitioner, level 2 and/or level 3 are necessary.  If you’ve already trained with me at level 1, 2 or 3, you may come and sit again for free (or for a minimal fee) provided there are places available.  Please contact me to check availability.

EFT Training Level 1 – One Day – Cost £145

Level 1 lasts a day and aims to be comprehensive enough that if you decide not to continue further training, you still have a know-how of great value for your own well-being.

Tapping Basics are easy to learn and should be accessible to all.
Gaining control of Emotional Freedom Techniques skills and address that go with it takes time, lots of practice and a personal commitment.
In this course we will present:
•    The origins and history of EFT
•    The discovery statement
•    The psychological reversal
•    The full basic receipe
•    The short-cut version
•    The personal peace procedure (PPP)
•    Energy toxins
•    Understanding cognitive shifts – what verbal and physical signs to expect
•    EFT and the cravings that create addictions
•    Aspects
•    SUDS – Subjective Units of Disturbance Scale
•    Be specific
•    Develop the art of questioning
•    EFT for pain or physical discomfort
• And lots of practice to experience EFT on your own issues in a safe environment conducive to learning.

It does not require any particular experience. If you decided not to train any further, rest assured this training course provides you with basics and a know-how usable for your personal well-being. The bases of the tapping/EFT are easy to learn.

However it is with time, a lot of practice and by continuing to train further to Level 2 and 3 that you equip yourself with the means to evolve in your practice towards acquiring the mastery of EFT and ease necessary to practice on others.

EFT Level 2 Training Course – Two Days – Cost £290

This is the first step towards excellence after completing the introductory training of Level 1.
The training lasts two days and is aimed at people who have taken the AAMET certified Level 1 .

- Finding the core issue, questions and techniques to get to the root of physical and emotional problems.

- Techniques for more gentleness – sneaking up on the problem, the Tearless Trauma Technique, Telling the story
- Address the physical problems: find the core of the problem and the emotional reasons behind physical problems and ailments ; Chasing the Pain

Certification is subject to a practical test during the training and submission of three case studies, and a multiple choice questionnaire. After passing these tests you will be accredited by the AAMET.
Registration for AAMET is voluntary on your part and a contribution from £10 for administrative expenses is required of you during registration and on each anniversary date of your registration.

EFT Level 3 Training Course – Two Days – Cost £290

Practitioners who achieve this level are passionate and want to continue to learn and grow personally and professionally. This level’s program is very rich but very light as well. Its aim is to enable you to discover the novelties and various applications of EFT, and to have more ease, more finesse in your practice. The training lasts two days and you will achieve Level 3 after submitting two case studies and conducting a demo in front of a public (this may be a small group).

At this level, practitioners often have breakthroughs and personal insights. Humor and high spirits are part of this rich program.
