Le Tapping
What is the Tapping or EFT?
To simplify, it is a form of acupuncture for the emotions (or psychological acupuncture) but without the needles.
Fast and with usually lasting beneficial effects, this technique allows to change the felt experience of a person into well-being.
Sorrow, anger, guilt, anxiety, fear, phobias and trauma subside or even completely disappear.
The individual does not forget the event which causes the trauma but the emotional charge attached to it subsides and often disappears after an in-depth work.
The Tapping can also alleviate physical pains (for instance migraines, backaches, chronic aches and pains), allergies, symptoms related to
stress, and more.
The Tapping is based on a simple idea

How to balance the body’s energy?
All you have to do is to stimulate the Chinese meridian exit points on the face and the body by tapping them gently with your fingertips
while focusing on the emotion you want to change, the pain or the problem you wish to solve. Thus the pain and the negative emotions
totally disappear when the energy blocks are completely dissolved and that the energy flows again freely.
EFT is a technique developed by Gary Craig, by simplifying Roger J. Callahan’s TFT (Thought Field Therapy)
