The Tapping technique is:

Simple: Primary school children are using the basic technique on themselves for their everyday little pains

Gentle: No need to “be brave” and tell nor to relive a trauma

Fun: Because it is unusual and because you are pleasantly surprised by the changes

Discreet: No need to reveal your issue if you do not wish to or cannot share it.  That is why the Tapping lends itself so well to groups.  Your issue can remain private if that is your wish.

Fast: For some, the effects are immediate whereas for others a few sessions are necessary for a significant improvement.

Flexible: The Tapping allows to follow the needs and rhytm of the treated individual and can integrate other techniques such as NLP (Neuro-Linquistic Programming)

Effective: Where other techniques have failed and even with the most sceptical. Its effects are often lasting.

Portable: Once learned, the basic technique is accessible at the tips of your fingers. And you are using it as soon as you feel the need to.

The Tapping is a complementary therapy. Never stop a treatment without your GP’s consent, even in the event of a significant improvement.
